Stay-home Yoga Retreat March 1st

As I said in a previous post, I’d really like to have a stay-home yoga retreat. Nothing too complicated. Just a block of two hours set aside each day to work on my yoga. Then I’d post my progress and experiences on my blog. The catch is that I’d love it if other people participated as well. Part of the magic of retreats is the other people you do it with.

Here are some important pieces of information:

  • This is free. I’m not selling or asking for anything.
  • You choose your level of involvement. Wanna do one hour a day? Fine.
  • Anyone can participate.
  • If you’d like to blog but you don’t have one, you can post here.
  • It starts March 1st.
  • It runs through March 5th.

I plan on scheduling two hours of yoga per day. Here’s a rough outline:

  • Jala Neti
  • Ashtanga Primary Series
  • Pranayama
  • Meditation
  • Blog post

What I really want out of this retreat is to deepen my practice and have other people to talk about it with. I also hope that our collective yoga practice will inspire people to help them with their practice.

I’ve already had one person say she’s interested. If you’re interested, comment or tweet me.
