A little light headed . . .

. . . after pranayama.

Especially after the head-turning exercise. I can’t remember the name of it. It’s supposed to soothe your medula oblongata. You turn your head very slowly. To the left, then right, then back, then forward. It takes a long time to do five repetitions. Worlds of thought unfold while I’m doing it.

I’m wondering if the light headedness is normal. Or does it mean something? I’ll have to ask my teacher.

Uddiyana bandha had the same feeling as always: a weird empty-queasy feeling.
