Loving the Breath

I was practicing “loving my breath” as I described before. It did help me focus on the breath. There were still interruptions. But when I was focused, it was total.

Loving the breath switches it from observing an object to making the activity fill your experience. I tried to view each breath as a delicate work of art.

My congestion did not help. I’m still fighting a cold. I hope it will be gone before my pranayama class tomorrow. Imagine not being able to breathe during a breathing class!

I still need more practice concentrating. I want it to be a little more natural. I think there are more insights to be had, as well. I’ll do it earlier in the day tomorrow so I’m not so sleepy.
